照片访问与本机分析
应用在你通过 iOS 授权后访问所允许的照片，用于查找截图、读取缩略图、日期、尺寸及资源大小，并进行相似分析、文字识别和二维码检测。可以授权全部照片或仅选定照片。照片、识别文字和二维码内容在本机处理，不上传至我们的服务器；不会自动打开二维码链接。
本地保存与删除
应用在本机保存外观、扫描选项、首次引导状态及最近扫描时间等设置。智能分类的识别文字不持久保存，分类结果仅保留于当前页面内存。你可以在 iOS 设置中更改或撤销照片权限；删除应用会清除其本地应用数据，但不会删除系统照片图库或 Apple 的交易记录。设备备份及恢复由你的系统设置决定。
购买与交易信息
Pro 为通过 Apple App Store 提供的一次性非消耗型内购。应用通过 StoreKit 获取商品价格、验证交易及读取购买权益，以解锁功能、恢复购买并响应退款。付款与 Apple 账号信息由 Apple 处理，我们不获取你的银行卡信息。Apple 可能向开发者提供销售报告及按其设置共享的诊断信息；这些不包含本应用上传的截图或识别内容。
统计、广告与分享
当前应用未集成第三方广告或行为分析 SDK，不进行广告追踪。使用系统分享功能时，所选择的内容会交由你指定的应用或接收者处理，其隐私规则另行适用。你主动通过邮件联系支持时，我们会收到你发送的邮箱、正文和附件，用于处理请求；请避免发送不必要的个人信息或私人截图。
支持信息的保存与权利
支持邮件仅在处理请求及合理后续沟通所需期间保留，或按适用法律要求保留。你可以通过上述邮箱询问或请求删除你主动提交的支持信息；我们会根据适用法律处理。我们无法访问或代为删除你设备中的照片。
照片删除
应用内删除需要你确认并由 iOS 批准。删除后的系统保留和恢复遵循 Apple「照片」的最近删除规则。撤销照片访问权限不等于恢复已删除的照片。
本网站的托管
部署后，本静态网站由 Cloudflare Pages 提供托管。浏览器会向托管服务发送 IP 地址、请求时间、请求路径及浏览器信息等必要连接数据，用于提供网页和安全防护。本站文件未加入统计脚本、广告、表单或主动设置 Cookie 的代码；托管服务的处理受其政策约束。
政策更新
功能或信息处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本页面及日期。涉及需重新取得授权的变化，将按适用要求告知并取得授权。

Scope and operator
This policy covers ShotClean (bundle ID com.shotclean.app.ios) and this support website. Operator: MaxYang. Contact: yj_ios_apple@163.com. The current app does not require an account.
Photos and local analysis
With your iOS permission, the app accesses permitted photos to find screenshots, read thumbnails, dates, dimensions and resource sizes, and perform similarity, text and QR analysis. You may grant full or limited access. Photos, recognized text and QR contents are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. QR links are not opened automatically.
Local storage and controls
Appearance, scan preferences, onboarding state and the last scan time are stored locally. Recognized text is not persistently stored; smart-category results are held in memory for the current page. Change or revoke Photos access in iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data, but not your Photos library or Apple transaction records. Device backup and restoration depend on your system settings.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time non-consumable Apple in-app purchase. StoreKit provides prices, verified transactions and entitlement status for unlocking features, restoring purchases and responding to refunds. Apple handles payment and Apple Account data; we do not receive card details. Apple may provide developer sales reports and diagnostics shared under its settings, not photos or recognized text uploaded by this app.
Sharing and support
The current app has no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK and does not track you for advertising. System sharing sends selected content to the app or recipient you choose, under their policies. If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you voluntarily provide. Please avoid unnecessary personal information.
Retention and requests
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and reasonable follow-up, or as required by applicable law. Contact the email above to ask about or request deletion of information you sent us. Applicable rights will be respected. We cannot access or remotely delete your device photos.
Photo deletion
Deletion requires your confirmation and iOS approval. Retention and recovery in Recently Deleted are governed by Apple Photos. Revoking permission does not restore deleted photos.
Website hosting
When deployed, this static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your browser sends necessary connection data such as IP address, request time, requested path and browser details to the host for delivery and security. These site files contain no analytics, ads, forms or code that sets cookies. Hosting-provider processing is subject to its own policy.
Updates
We update this page and its date when practices change. Where required, material changes will be communicated and consent obtained.
